Once the decision is made we draw up the tenancy agreement. You select the right type and length of agreement (AST) to suit your needs, this can be anything from 6 – 36 months. Before signing of any tenancy the tenant(s) needs to clear all payments including Advance Rent and Deposit. Before the possession of the property we ask or organize Electrical, Gas and Energy Performance certificates
In Full management we provide all the services that are highlighted in Let only and Rent Collection, in addition, there will be regular inspections to make sure that tenant look after the property and there is no breach of contract. We have our own 24 hours in house maintenance department who carry out repair or maintenance where appropriate or as instructed by the Landlord. Whenever there is Check out inventory is drawn up again. The tenant needs to provide copies of all cleared bills and taxes. After clearance from the Landlord we arrange Refund of Deposit. A proper Professional cleaning is always recommended after any check out. Collect and forward Landlord’s mail. We manage the property whilst it is vacant and provide new suitable tenant.
